This match is a warm up match before the second leg for both teams. Neither Liverpool nor Chelsea would want to lose for the first leg. Liverpool is a team with huge amount of experience on CL and of course one of the key factor is the Coach ! Yes, agree with 4D talent. When it comes to SF, both teams will have equal strength. And more often than not, they will likely to play conservatively in the 1st half, hence will be very safe to take draw at HT. Once you have cleared the first 45 mins, basically you are in the money. As long as Liverpool don't lose after 90 mins, you will have extra winnings.
