My Trip to Resort World Sentosa !

Since I am on CNY leave and got nothing to do today, I as well pay a visit to Resort World Sentosa and try my luck ! I expect today will have less crowd and all those "foreign workers"
should be back to work. When I reached Vivo at 10am, it was quiet ! When I went up to take the monorail, there isn't any queue at all and you just need to pay for 3 dollars using Ezlink card to get you to Resort World Sentosa. My wife ask me if parking need to pay or not but I have no idea since she drive the car to work! I told her is better to take monorail which is so easy and fast without any worry about finding parking lot and paying parking fee. Anyway, here the information on car park charges extracted from their website.

Please be advised of our basement car park charges:

Weekdays
(7 am to 7 pm) $6 for the first hour, $2 per hour thereafter
(12 pm to 2 pm) $1 for the first hour, $2 per hour thereafter
7 pm to 7 am $4 per entry
Parking is capped at $20 in any 24-hour period

Weekends
(7 am to 7 pm) $7 for the first hour, $2 per hour thereafter
7 pm to 7 am $4 per entry
Parking is capped at $20 in any 24-hour period

Please note parking charges for Public Holidays are the same as for Weekends

As Singaporean, I need to pay for the 100 dollars levy! You need to purchase them first with your IC and later join the Singaporean/PR lane to enter Casino. Following, you need to scan your IC to enter Casino. Getting out is the same, you still need to scan IC. As far as within 24 hours, you can go in and out of Casino without any issue ! If more then 24 hours, you have to pay 100 dollars for the levy fee again....Even late by 1 minute after 24 hours, you still need to pay for the 100 dollars levy fee...(I heard from a old lady beside me during the game).

As for the crowd, is no longer the crowd what you saw on newspaper during the first 3 days opening ! Is easy to navigate to where you want to go without any issue ! The Casino is not as "Grand" but still it can challenge many Casinos around the regions ! The Casino still need fine tuning such as long queue changing chips to cash, toilets are so few, refreshment is hiding in 1-2 corners distance away and long queue for food(still exist today). I am sure this will change soon since they are so many people already feedback on those issues. You don't see such issues in Genting Casino..so...surely they will fixed it !
